NEEDLE VALVES
- Many Valves 100% helium leak tested to 1 x 10-4 ml/s for guaranteed performance and reliability
- 6000 and 10,000 psi pressure ratings (@ 200°F maximum)
- Blow-out proof stem provides a secondary stem seal in the full open position
- On Non-adjustable packing valves, Viton® o-ring seal and Teflon® back-up ring below the stem threads to protect from corrosion and galling; Teflon® or Grafoil® packing optional
- All stem threads are 316 stainless steel
METERING VALVES
The HR Series Metering Valve offers the highest degree of precision metering for moderate pressure applications.
A choice of seven precision ground, tapered flat, non-rotating and non-rising valve stems enable repeatable metering at flow capacities as low as 0.0004 Cv. With up to 15 stem turns to reach the maximum flow capacity of these seven orifice sizes, this valve offers the ultimate in precision flow control. BLOCK & BLEED VALVES
- Hex Bar stock Body construction.
- Straight or Angle Pattern with Panel Mounting optional.
- Metal to Metal or Stellited seats. Stem threads Rolled and hard plated and tie stellited (Vee Regulating one piece or non-regulating) or non-rotating ball tip optional.
- 2 piece Chevron packed offers zero leak, sealing over conventional packing design.
- Variety of End connections include “PANAM” single or twin ferrule tube fittings, Male or Female N. P. T. and I. S. O., DIN and JIS tapered pipe ends.
- Maximum Working Pressure : 6000 PSI (400 bar) at 200 o C. 10,000 PSI (700 bar) at 120o C.
